His Excellency Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi is the Minister of Cabinet Affairs in the UAE Government since 2006. His duties include overseeing the development and implementation of the federal government strategy, aligning efforts to achieve the objectives of the UAE National Agenda, and ensuring the highest level of government performance and efficiency across all sectors.
 

Her Excellency Ohood Khalfan Al Roumi is the Minister of State for Government Development and the Future in the United Arab Emirates. This ministerial portfolio was created in the UAE government for the purpose of advancing government development and for the preparation for the future planning of the government of the United Arab Emirates. Her Excellency Ohood is also the Chairwoman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Recourses (FAHR), the federal entity responsible for the growth

Her Excellency Maryam Al Hammadi is Minister of State, and the Secretary General of the United Arab Emirates.  Within her responsibilities at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, H.E. Maryam Al Hammadi prepared, developed and followed up on the UAE Vision 2021 and National Agenda. She supervised the implementation of federal entities' strategies by developing the UAE government performance management system and establishing a clear and smart performance framework, in a bid to achieve the UAE Vision 2021 and National Agenda, and assess the government entities' strategies and the performance of the top government initiatives.

HE Abdulla Nasser Lootah is the Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Knowledge Exchange. Previously, HE held the position of Director General of the Prime Minister's Office, where he collaborated with all federal government entities to develop the UAE’s vision, strategy, sectoral plans, national KPIs, federal services, and global partnerships.

His Excellency Saeed Mohammad Al Eter Al Dhanhani serves as the Chair of the UAE Government Media Office, which is responsible for proactively sharing The Emirates’ strategy, vision and outreach to local, regional and global audiences. Reporting directly to the Cabinet, the UAE Government Media Office manages a portfolio of national strategic communications initiatives, including The Emirates Nation Brand, the National Soft Power Strategy and the management of government media policies, legislation, directives and communication strategies, including digital communications.

As part of the responsibilities of her current position, Her Excellency Huda AlHashimi leads the process of articulating the UAE Leadership’s Vision, setting an ambitious long-term strategy, and developing the government’s agenda grounded in the needs of today. This will help the UAE maintain its leading position and stay at the forefront globally. HE’s main role involves steering the development of the National Agenda and ensuring the government’s readiness and ability to deliver on, meet and align the UAE Vision

His Excellency Mohamed Bin Taliah is the Chief of Government Services of the United Arab Emirates Government. Within his scope of work, H.E. oversees the development of government services through designing and implementing programs that ensure providing consistent high-quality services to customers through the “Emirates Government Service Excellence Program” (EGSEP), which focuses on promoting government services efficiency and improving customers experience.

His Excellency Khalid Al Harmoodi has been appointed Assistant General Secretary for Cabinet Affairs Support in the General Secretariat of the Cabinet, UAE, since July 2022. His duties include assisting the UAE Cabinet Secretary General in preparing and organizing the Cabinet meetings, providing all the administrative and logistics support needed, participating in preparing federal resolutions and decisions issued to ministries and federal entities, and developing the Cabinet’s systems, programs, and guides

His Excellency Mohammed Sultan Al Obeidli has been holding the post of Assistant Secretary General of the UAE Cabinet since December 2007. In August 2020, H.E. was also appointed Head of Legal Affairs for the UAE government.  H.E. Al Obeidli is responsible for assisting the UAE Cabinet Secretary General in preparing and organizing cabinet meetings and providing legal, administrative and logistics support by directly overseeing the Cabinet Support Sector and the Empowerment Sector. H.E. further undertakes the final review of federal laws

Her Excellency Hanan Ahli is the Director of the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre (FCSC), a government entity affiliated with the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Centre works on developing and enhancing the UAE’s performance in the sectors of global competitiveness, statistics and data through coordination with partners to implement initiatives and define policies of importance to vital sectors across the UAE. The Centre is considered as one of the most important government sources for national data, and for monitoring the competitive performance of the UAE in global reports, and hold the responsibility for the SDGs in the UAE.
